The product is the research record: one structured record per route — draft rule versions, cost components, presence rules by dimension and counting method, documents, risks, sources, and review status. 42 routes and 30 jurisdictions are currently tracked.
Where the truth is "it depends on your facts," the record should preserve that uncertainty. This preview does not choose, endorse, or claim an engagement with a professional for you.

The standards we hold ourselves to

- Both open and closed rule versions stay visible — cohort answers are never silently overwritten.
- Presence is stated per rule dimension and counting method — no universal days-per-year.
- Never invent a professional identity, authorization, testimonial, or provider relationship.
- Keep confidential case data outside public research and planning tools.
