Editorial starting point

Program records carry a research cutoff of 2026-09-21, source links, and draft rule-version notes. The current build is not a fresh legal verification of every source. A reachable official link does not by itself prove that a claim, fee, timeline, or implementation practice is current.

Reviewer identities from earlier drafts were removed because they were not supported by owner-supplied verification. Public records now show editorial review pending.

Capabilities intentionally not live

• —Personal eligibility decisions or legal, tax, immigration, or investment advice
• —Passport, identity, financial, medical, criminal-record, or source-of-funds uploads
• —Payments, investments, property transactions, government submissions, or approval tracking
• —Published professional endorsements, testimonials, licensing claims, or guaranteed response times
• —Search indexing or live contact intake unless the explicit deployment gates are configured

Data boundary

Planning tools run in the browser. Live public intake defaults off. When an operator later enables it, the server requires legal-review and business-identity gates and sends a minimized, signed payload to an approved HTTPS receiver; it does not write leads to the deployment filesystem.
