Overview
The official policy lists four €300,000 investment categories: first-sale residential property, other real estate, eligible Cyprus-company share capital, and eligible Cyprus collective-investment units.
The residence right is unlimited while conditions remain satisfied; adult cards are replaced every ten years. A two-year absence or failure to maintain required conditions can end the permit.
The route does not confer Cypriot citizenship; naturalization is separate.

Physical presence note
The official policy states that the permit ceases after a two-year absence or acquisition of permanent residence abroad; maintaining the qualifying investment and other conditions also applies.
