01Summary

The official expedited investor policy requires at least €300,000 in one qualifying category: a first-sale house or apartment, other real estate, share capital of an eligible Cyprus company, or units of an eligible Cyprus collective investment.

The applicant must also evidence secure annual income of at least €50,000, increased for a spouse and dependent children, and meet the policy's criminal-record, health-insurance, funds-origin and maintenance requirements.

This is permanent residence, not citizenship. Absence from Cyprus for two years or failure to maintain required conditions can end the permit.
